Founded in 2023, Illawarra Shoalhaven Nursing Care was established out of a clear necessity. We witnessed firsthand the fragmented care and lack of genuine advocacy that many NDIS participants were experiencing.

Too often, individuals were treated as numbers in a system rather than human beings requiring tailored, compassionate support. We recognised a critical gap for a service that combined high-level clinical expertise with a deeply personal, holistic touch.
